Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy - ULES01505
(08-19-2011, 12:15 PM)Naridar Wrote: Shaders seem to work with ATI cards (!) on rev2273 32-bit, using Catalyst 11.8, with the following system:

Intel Core i5 @ 2.67 Ghz
4 GB DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon HD6370M 512MB
Win7 Ultimate 64-bit

Graphics are as close to perfect as possible, framerate is ~15, but falls to ~5 during the swirling effect before entering a battle. In menus, it's still 30 of course. Game sometimes freezes when finishing a battle with a bunch of lines in the black command line window, I'll post it when it happens next.

Is there a way the emulator's speed can be improved? Or is there a chance the developers will work on increasing emulation speed sometime in the future?

I thought Catalyst 11.8 has a negative impact on JPCSP's performance. It's still recommendable using 11.5 or I'm safe changing to 11.8?
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 Dual-Core 7850 2.80 GHz RAM: 4GB VGA: ATI Radeon 4850HD 512MB/256bit
