Sorry, but I think it IS your computer that is the problem. It most likely only has onboard graphics. Is it a laptop? You should tell us the exact model and specs so we can tell you for sure that your computer is too slow for JPCSP. Oh, and those people who made those videos and getting 60 FPS definitely aren't playing the game on underpowered HP 2.0GHz dual processor computers.
