Already installed media engine but still no voice ?

i use jpcsp r3537
in misc configuration
[x] use media engine
[x] enable atract 3+ decoding

i already installed media engine, but still there no voice came out.
when i use jpcsp r3462 and use the same configuration, the voice came out, but i cant save the game T_T. when i save in empty slot it work but when overwriting save it didnt work....well put jpcsp r3462 save problem aside.. what i want to i ask here is

why jpcsp 3537 voice didnt came out ? i install media engine on my computer but leave it just like that, or maybe i need to open media engine at same time when i open jpcsp ? if that really how its done, can anyone explain how to use media engine ?
