You just need the 2015 C++ one, the others don't matter.
Your 2th gen i5 supports SSSE3 yeah.
Your 370 supports OGL 4.5, DX12 and Vulkan as far as I'm aware.
Use the latest build to test and upload the log, that one is too old and the emulator has changed too much ever since, old versions aren't supported, they're only used to find and fix regressions.
You need to .zip your log and upload it as an attachment. If the zipped file is still too big to be attached, try uploading it onto mega.co.nz, dropbox.com, or another similar website.
