Kh BBS Can't Go Past Starting Game Screen

em yeah i am using jpcsp 2303 everything works fine with every config.
i got audio , scenes , the movie everything, but when i start the game and i click on beginner mode it shows the little heart at the bottom for a second then it goes away and the screen stays black no sound or anything just black.

any help would be appreciated =D
