You literally aren't using the latest version, your log file starts with:
Quote:RPCS3 v0.0.1-5-1f45f05 Pre-Alpha


While mine starts with:
Quote:RPCS3 v0.0.2-3-b70a1ed Alpha

Download the .zip from the link, replace whatever .exe you are starting with the one you just downloaded. And when you are actually running v. 0.0.2 reinstall firmware.
