Those video options combination gives a nice performance boost for me, unfortunately game still has graphics issues.

Running with dynarec compiler (log level set to OFF)
Compability options used: Only GE graphics, Use vertex cache, Use shaders, Enable VAO, Use Media Engine, Decode audio files with SonicStage, Use non-native fonts from flash0 folder
Video playing speed doubled.
