what build did u use ? i stuck on 2 FPS (average) 60 fps at loading screen though,
i play LoH trails of cold steel 1 and 2. beat the game already with rpcs and everything is fine.

i5-3450 3,1 GHz is not good enough for persona 5 ?

Run the game and attach the log file here on the forums by first putting it in a .zip.

That is the file rpcs3.log found right next to rpcs3.exe.

here the log file i, i load the game just after the tutorial. manage to get pass the tutorial with 2 fps... really love persona series...
