when will metal gear solid 4 become fully playable

i really really really want to play this game on rpcs3. the game has been listed as unplayable for quite some time

if rpcs3 can fully play Ni no Kuni then it also should play metal gear solid 4. plus metal gear solid 4 is a really old game

is rpcs3 still being developed to play the unplayable games? if yes how much more time will it take?
