Too much information,anyway the problem is your Ati video card.Try setting in jpcsp option use shaders and the other things related to shaders.If it shows you a black scree,wait and look if in the jpcsp directory is created a tmp folder.If exists that folder then look in,it must contain the game id folder and the 3 folders.If you don't have those 3 folders the when you run the game lett it go about 2 or 3 minutes.Also download the newest rev of jpcsp from here http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/.I said that is the Ati video card problem because Ati/Amd have too much bugs.I recomend you buying a nvidea graphic card.
