Shina, "Prometheus Loader" is a hack provided as a workaround for many recent games to work on older CFW versions. There are several tutorials explaining how it works, but essentially, it requires you to patch your .ISO file.
Did you patch it yourself or already got a patched image? If it's the first, then you just have to grab the EBOOT.BIN from the .ISO and decrypt it on the PSP using any available tools.
Then you just have to rename the decrypted result to BOOT.BIN and replace it on the .ISO and, finally, load this new image on JPCSP.
