The game would not decrypt with iso_tool 1.75, so i extracted the eboot.bin file with WQSG_UMD_R31 (PC APP), then i used the psp app called edecrypt.1.4.0.tool-rev.zip, and it decrypted the eboot.bin file. Seems the iso itself has special padding added to it when you dump it, but I at least avoided having to rebuild the image.

I think my PC is not powerful enough to run this game, in any playable way (dual 3.4 ghz processor, 2gig ram (cheap-o ram) nividia 512mb AGP 8x). Pentium processors are generally slower then amd, i'm going to try some older psp games i still have laying around in the closet on UMD.

Okay i'm getting about 5-10 fps on r1751, it doesn't seem to want to work on the newest version r1768. In otherwords, I'm betting off playing this one on my psp for now. I'm going to try some options to increase the speed, I haven't decoded the audio or anything, but it still plays. 15-20fps ingame though, still not where i want it to be.
