Is it fixed in r1773?

Unfortunately no.
Now it reaches the A in "Now LoAding" but nothing is printed on the console.
Do you need some other info, like logs?

Hmm... Try loading it a couple of times (close JPCSP, open again and load the game). The "Mega Man" games seem to be a bit unstable in JPCSP.
If it always locks on the "A", please post it's log.
