i don t have enough space to copy files to psp so i delete some and i copy the after....

Hmm, I don't understand that exactly. Just delete everything in the TMP folder, make sure you have about 450 MB free on your memory stick, copy the first rawfile + the command text file in the TMP folder and start JpcspConnector. You can't do all the decrypting at once because you get the second file only after you successfully decryted the first one and placed the .decrypted file in it's proper position
