guys i think OS is the problem, i always watch in youtube they are using windows 7 in playing Crisis Core emulated by jpcsp and it runs smoothly.. Who uses windows xp here? will it work faster or not?

It's more like this:

Newer PC -> Windows 7 pre-installed -> faster
Older PC -> Windows XP pre-installed -> slower

If you install XP manually on a newer PC is will be faster than W7

what do you mean by that?... Hmmn... when i buy my pc in the computer shop, they installed it in windows xp, what if i change my OS into windows 7? im still confused what OS i might use. Can you advice me?

Normally you won't get a new PC with Windows XP installed anymore. So I would suggest you get one with W7 or else you have to buy a full-prized license for XP and worst of it it might not even fully support the hardware of the new PC.
