I noticed that some games are no longer up-scaling the graphics when using "Enable saving GE screen to Textures instead of Memory"
this is the second game I've come across that has pixelated graphics no matter the setting, the other game was Dragoneer's Aria....
BUT if you start jpcsp in full screen mode the gfx are all smooth...very strange

(Another issue with full screen is it seems to use the "saved window size" as the fullscreen size so you probably need to add a check to skip saved window size when using fullscreen.)

I get some screen flickering when I enable "Only GE Graphics"
Happens for almost every game, anyone know what the issue might be?
btw how do you skip saved window size when using full screen?
