Asian version freeze on some place. ULUS & ULES running well (that answered my quetion to clusta)
Using original size can get fullspeed fps, using fullscreen can cause low fps

PROBLEM SOLVED
That Because My Video Card, Can't Good Handle on 1280x1024 Monitor Screen Resolution
Changing to 1024x760 Resolution Can couse good fps Full Screen Just Like in original size

It pretty much comes down to CPU and RAM in regards to full screen as I can run the game in fullscreen without any noticeable drops in FPS. Game still degrades after around 30-40 minutes of continuous play to the point where it's nigh unplayable until you restart JPCSP (losing sound effects, voices, and then massive FPS drops/freezes). I'm still not sure what causes the sound effects and voices to gradually disappear but it's been an issue dating back to the original Dissidia.

This does not work. I have the 64 bit 2196 version. It loads to where you load a game then craps out. Tried all the different settings. Best thing i have gotten is a black and white garbled screen that crashes the program when i press start to bypass.

Try running the 32bit version instead. There are a lot of known problems with the 64bit version (such as many sound issues) whereas I've found the 32bit version to be much more stable.
Also, I seem to have fixed my FRAPs stutter problem. Here's a quick video showcasing how the game looks/plays at fullscreen without the horrible FRAPs stutter from my previous video:

urm...dont u think it is actually easier to show the thing like how to allow the game to be play in video rather than in ABC?!!!
