Could you try again with r1942 and post the log file?
I've added the display of the java version, which could be your problem.

I have this problem where I try to load a game and the screen just stays grey. I know this thread's pretty old by now, so if you've figured what was the problem then can you share?

in r2009 still same.grey.can't play games at all.

I myself had a similar problem and I stumbled across a fix that might work. Check the refresh rate and color depth. Mine was on 60Hz refresh and 16 bit color, and I changed it to 75Hz refresh and 32 bit color (dunno why it was set to the former). Ran Jpcsp again and it worked flawlessly. Hope this helps you all Big Grin

Edit: narrowed it down to color. Color depth needs to be 32 bit.
