just info.
i tried it with Jpcsp r2038.
when load game from UMD there's error so can't run game.
with enable option extract PGD same.(SD Gundam G Generation World)
tried other game still has error.

I can confirm that the problem in Persona 3 Portable is due to removing libsuppreacc from the banned list. Restoring libsuppreacc to the banned list causes Persona 3 Portable to work again. Looks like it's not ready to be removed from the banned list yet. Smile

This was exactly what I wanted to check. It seems that this particular module is not a firmware one, but it's not a user module either.
I believe this module is responsible for some extra gateway functioning with DRM functions (perhaps it may be a wrapper for some of the npdrm libs).
Even so, there is no evidence that Sony supplies tools for building this module directly (like what happens with psmf of psmfplayer), which means there must be something special about it.
Whatever it is, I suspect it may change the behaviour for some games, in particular, "Final Fantasy Dissidia: Duodecim 012" which has 3 unmapped imports associated with this module.

Now, before changing this, could someone please try running Dissidia Duodecim 012 with libsuppreacc blacklisted and not blacklisted to see the difference? Thanks! Smile

i re-added it to the blacklist and i noticed the game won't boot if "ignore invalid imports" is disabled but works like before when its enabled (when enabled Dissidia Duodecim 012 booted up and crashes at the same part (loading screen) ).
(btw jpcsp v2038 can't decrypt Duodecims eboot anymore , r2029 could though)

libsuppreacc re-added to blacklist (I wonder if this module has anything to do with the DLC's) , loading umd - info log

the unmodified revision of 2038 will bootup regardless of the ignore invalid import setting,
so basically if the module is re-added to the ban list you would just need to enable ignore invalid imports to make the game startup, but since it still can't get further in-game, there is no way to tell if this module does something Smile

Yeah, I can confirm that Duodecim doesn't get invalid imports when libsuppreacc is not in the ban list. If libsuppreacc is in the ban list, "ignore invalid imports" (or pressing the Run button a couple of times) is needed to run the game before it crashes at the loading screen with the following error on the console:

This means I'll have to reverse engineer libsuppreacc.prx, figure out what that module is really doing and implement it's functions one by one, since it's safer than allow decrypting and loading this module directly due to the several modified versions of it. Tongue

@hyakki: Does the Duodecim's EBOOT decryption throw any error?
