Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII - ULUS10336
(03-15-2011, 10:03 PM)theball Wrote: rev 1021 :
ATI radeon HD2600 catalyst 11.2

If I check :
- Use shaders;
- Disable UBO;
- Enable saving GE to textures;
- Enable dynamic shaders generation.

15 FPS ingame (40-45 for videos), but the game crash when I touch someone during a figth :/
And this errors appears :

Exception in thread "AUDIO MIXER THREAD" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

But If I check Enable decoding of indexed CLUT and uncheck Enable saving GE to textures, all characters are not shown and I have an other error (I've no time to redo this today) but it's always a java heap space ...

I'm guessing there's conflict when both dynamic shaders and save to GE to textures are enabled.
Funny thing, I spend more time on the forum instead of on emulators Tongue

Shaders won't or don't work very well with intel/ati cards and older cards. Try turning them off and avoid vertex cache.

Okay so I did all this stuff and I have everything, but when I load UMD Crisis Core I see the White "SquareEnix" Logo...it just stays there. If i'm lucky it moves onto a black screen and THEN gets stuck lol. It's about 13 and 14 FPS then goes to 1FPS.

how do i fix this?

Hi everyone, I'm playing FFVII: CC with jpcsps v0.6 2041 and the game runs fine but I have a couple of questions.

I have downloaded the launcher and SonicStage and enabled the option to decode audio with it but the background music suddenly stops after a while (20-30 sec). It restarts if the music track changes (changing to different zone, cutscene starts, etc.) but then stops again. Is there any way to fix this?

My other question is about settings, I currently have enabled only these options: use shaders, use media engine, decode audio files using SonicStage. My fps are around 45-60 when exploring (depending on zones) and around 25-35 when fighting. Are there any other setting I could enable to get better fps in battles?

In case you need to know I have a nvidia gtx 470 1280 mb graphic card, amd phenom II x4 965 quad core @ 3,4 ghz processor, 4gb ram DDR3, Windows 7 64bit home premium.
