this game isn't out until April 1, 2011 EU - so I don't know how you have it yet,..
buy it like everyone else has to, it's worth the money.

This game wasn't released, it was leaked. The US version is suppose to come out on the 29th, this Tuesday while the European version on the 1st of April, this Friday. The only possible way someone could have gotten their hands on a copy is if they downloaded it online.

Or he really have downloaded this?

Eboot decription with jpcsp is increasing piracy.

Definitely, Eboot and PGD should not be decrypted with the jpcsp because of piracy.
