From the log, this one is not using scePsmfPlayer to play the mpeg, so there is no change in the video/audio sync.

if you want to speed up the world map uncheck color mask option.

Game is unplayable fullscreen with color mask, which is required settings in the towns, unfortunatelly.
You have to either constantly enable/disable it when you enter/exit towns, or you can not play it fullscreen, play it at 1x or 2x resize

Please read what I just said more carefully, I just explained it, you can either constantly enable/disable it, so you can have visible characters in towns and normal speed outside of towns, or you can just not use fullscreen.
