ahhh yes thankyou!! it seems to be working now. BUT, it wont run the demo when i load the demo umd..... could it be because im using the 32-bit version even though i have windows xp 64-bit?? (i was trying to play crisis core and read somewhere that you can only play it in 32-bit)
also, the java.exe (black screen thing) isn't saying anything when i run JPCSP from the launcher. Ive seen most people's say "running JPCSP 32 bit . . . ." but mine just stays blank but the program still comes up. when i try to load and play the games the java.exe stays blank as well . . ??

if you have Windows XP 64-bit, use JPCSP 64-bit. But i recomand you to instal Windows XP 32-bit, and use JPCSP 32-bit is more stabel.

my point is that Windows x64 is not very compatible with some software, i have Windows 7 Ultimate x32 and soon Windows 7 Enterprise x32.

And my point was telling someone to use 64-bit JPCSP just 'cause the person is using a 64-bit OS is wrong. Also, recommending a whole new OS installation when their current one works fine, just because some other software that has no relation to JPCSP might be incompatible, is a bit pointless.
