Also, be sure to disable AF and "GE to screen" to prevent misc. gfx issues.
This can be moved to the playable section now!
Could you post a log file for both situations (media engine enabled/disabled)?

This has been fixed in r2476. Thanks for the report!
Always include a complete log file at INFO level in your reports. Thanks! How to post a log
Logs attached. Though nothing shows up at the point where it actually freezes the emu. Hopefully it helps! Let me know if you need anything else on this!
Btw, the crazy flicking colors in the background (with GE to textures on) has changed in the past few revs (r2470-r2490) - it's gotten stronger, bolder. So whatever you're fiddling with, affected this game, which is a good thing I guess. Hopefully that may led to a fix one day, so we can enjoy this great game with full hi-res textures ("Only GE" upscales some things here, but not the characters/majority of ingame models/textures).
Game still crashes if media engine is on as of r2841 (which has the new xuggle libs). It crashes every single time at the end of intro level when active.
Have the same issue as legend80 said, game now goes further for me, trough the introduce level to the first one, and crashes randomly after 2-3 minutes with this

Since it's been over a year since the last update on this thread, I figured I'd post current status.
Still seeing stability issues on the first level if media engine is installed (r3437). But NOW instead of hanging at the end of the level, it now crashes the whole emu at the same spot half way through. I see a small message box for a split second before being taken back to my desktop.

Hoping someone can take a look soon. Thanks.
Could you please post the log file from r3437? Just the INFO level until the game crashes. Also, does it output the same error (ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException) in the console? Thanks!
