I did everything as stated.

Quote:You have to add "\Rpcs3\dev_hdd0\game\NPUB30133\USRDIR\data" as "\data\".

Then you have to copy BOOT.bin and EBOOT.bin from "\Rpcs3\dev_hdd0\game\NPUB30133\USRDIR" to "\Rpcs3\dev_hdd0\game\NPUB30133\USRDIR\data\"

and then you have to create an empty folder (!) "\Rpcs3\dev_hdd0\game\NPUB30133\Braid"

Those settings may not be needed any more. Post your log file and I will look closer at how to run the game later when I get home.

Alright, to make it work I have to skip pamf, and enable write depth and color buffer. The game will be a black screen for about one minute before it shows anything. It only works about half of the time too...

When you get in, it is very slow and broken. You only see about 1/4 of the screen, and twice (that is, next to each other) for some reason

Does playing with the resolution affect anything?

Different resolutions show different things. I think 1920x1080 is best (as it shows the loading screen), but it still only displays a part of the image twice.

Yep using the created FBO size as windows resolution would be best to display all stuffs.

Hello everyone,

please don't get me wrong, I don't want to play a smart guy here, after all there is not a whole bunch of relevant technical stuff I can offer to the discussions here in the progress of the development of this emulator, I simply want to help here.

I can't help it but those screens you guys are showing here remind me of interlaced videos, more info about that here.

Now, maybe this is the thing and maybe it doesn't have anything to do with that, I don't know because I am not a professional in this matter, however perhaps the developers know better and will ultimately find the solution how to fix it. Like I said, I'm just trying to help, give some ideas others might be missing. Blush

Take care and good luck! Heart Big Grin
Rpcs3 team, I believe in you, you can do this! Big Grin Heart

This has nothing to do with interlacing most likely. That is not done manually by games anymore, it's done by the OS. This looks a lot more like a wrong texture width/stride size http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/...s.85).aspx

Well, at last the game would (probably) be playable (ignoring performance) with a few graphics fixes...

Also, you can press some button and open the game menu at about 5 fps, although it is just a brown screen with some black lines over it Tongue

Although looking in the rsx debugger and then memory there at least seems to be some text loaded somewhere.
