That's a guard page violation (EXCEPTION_GUARD_PAGE). You can't do anything, but a developer might be able to fix this, if provided the correct information - log, instructions on how this was encountered, etc.

It's literally explained on the guide how you should proceed to unpack the package files.

tl;dr:
You need a .rap file to decode some packages.
If you don't have that .rap file, RPCS3 won't be able to decrypt and unpack the package file for you.

That's because you're using a reeeeally old Phenom. I have a FX-8350 and it works just fine.
My guess is that it won't, you'll probably switch CPUs faster than someone can adapt the code for it to work on older CPUs.
