Also, don't use Microsoft Basic Render when D3D12, select your GPU instead.
Ok. I looked all over and I can't figure out how to create a log file. I know I'm overlooking it. How do I make one?
The text document called RPCS3 is the log file, just right click and zip it then you can add attachment to the forum.

So I keep getting this error, what am I doing wrong?
E LDR: This application requires a valid RAP file for decryption!
E LDR: SELF: Can't find RAP file for NPDRM decryption!
E LDR: SELF: Failed to load SELF file metadata!
E LDR: Failed to decrypt F:RPCS3/dev_hdd0/game/NPUB30034/USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN
I have a RAP file but I guess it's not a good one or something?
Cool, works for me. However, I had to change certain settings to get the game to work.
Hardware:
nvidia GTX 460
i5-4690k 3.50GHz
8GB of Ram
Things I changed: Graphics: OpenGL
Core: SPU: interpreter (fast)
D3D12 and Vulkan would just crash the emulator. Vulkan gave me OP fatal error. I'm not sure why, but probably because of my graphics card being old. Changing the resolution to 1080p would mute the sound, so I kept the resolution at OP resolution. Moreover, I got about 40-50 fps during gameplay.
Tried all these versions and it's the same:

rpcs3-v0.0.2-2017-07-03-650efe44_win64

Thanks. I've tried disabling the texture scaling 1st and the same black flickering happened. Then I've tried the enabling the strict rendering mode and yet again the same. Unfortunately I can't use Vulkan because my graphics card doesn't support it. (GTX 460)
This time i've attached the log just in case it helps to find a solution.
Edit: Amazingly, I've just now realized the poster above my original post, Ihaveadollar, has the exact same system specs as me (lol). I wonder if he/she has the same black flicker. I'm going to PM them about it.
