Load times are almost instant !

What's PC settings do you have?
Do you have SSD? Because I have long time loading on my HDD and nothing can help me.

No special setup were you using recompiler ? interpreter will be slower.
Am using Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM (ST2000DM001) to answer your question.

I tried run on hdd5400rpm - this equally very fast loading (Interpreter and Recompiler both.. not counting the time to start llvm)
LLE enable:
- libfs,
- libresc,
- librtc,
- libspurs_jq,
- libsre

Can you post full log? Did you use LLVM?

If you did use LLVM retry with the latest build as that has been fixed.

This works is fine for me for all builds.
Example last 0.0.1-3976
Vulkan / OpenGL both
Interpreter / LLVM both
OpenAL / Xaudio2 both
LLE:
libfs, libresc, librtc, libspurs, libsre
