It is shame that this game is not working,because this is one of the best games available for psp.
If any of the devs are reading this,can you please atleast revert the 2291 revision because it broke this game completely,now it doesnt load at all.
I always got java array out of bounds error when game used to crash in battles,now I read that these errors are fixed,but that doesnt metter when game doesnt load at all !
I just have a feeling if the game would load now,it would work,so if anybody can look into r2291 and what it broke that would be great !

Could you post a log file?

Could you post a log file?

Sure I attached log file at INFO level.
I also attached the second log from older revision when game would load,but crash when battle starts.The emulator pauses at that case.
However if "ignore invalid memory access" is checked then java console will display "array out of bounds".
If that option is not checked,java console wont display anything.

I just compared 2 logs one from the revision where game starts and another one from new revision where game doesnt start,and they seem to be identical except the one warn "Unsupported syscall 207D" in new revision and "Unsupported syscall 207F" in old.
So I could post more detailed log for example with debug option if needed

Game loads again on rev. 2341 , but still hangs at Almorica castle.

Yeah game loads again but still crashes at battles. This is not just Almorica castle crash as some people think - game can't load any battles its just so happens that Almorica castle is the first real battle. I know because I tried save game from psp.
There is no java error or memory errors now - just a black screen
I have already posted log before the game crashes,its same now,but without memory error.
I think this might be relevent

My log of amorika crash. Also the game runs very slow in some parts (like the party menu) without the GE only graphics, but GE only graphics makes the screen flicker a lot.

Im getting about the same error as this - tried deleting the installation directory/saves/other temp files and it did not change

not loading the battle after the first map in r2344, cant see any error at info level - just a black screen and nothing more happens
edit: unchanged in r2348
