umm.. just wanna give a little opinion..
Fps of crisis core seems getting worse.. it is getting harder to walk around.. not to mention in battle T_T
though now sound is already available thanks to Hyakki
and... since a thread for Star Ocean : First Departure is not yet available, I'd like to share a little here....
In r1679, game can be loaded as far as Opening Video using MediaEngine.. (30 fps).
Must have a little patience for waiting in "Square Enix" logo though... (about 1 - 2 minutes = 13 fps).
In r1582, this logo loading process is pretty fast... (27 - 30 fps) but it will not display the video.
that's all for Star Ocean... just delete or move this post to another thread if it's inappropriate here...
thx.

You know you could have just made your own thread >.>
Funny thing, I spend more time on the forum instead of on emulators

The sound is somehow distorted. But only for voice and background music. I used hyakkis program convertie. It was working till r. 1649.
actually I think it broke in r1654, I'm not sure whats causing it if its a Jpcsp issue or if i need to change the audio encode format again, Ill wait and see what happens before i change anything.
That's because sasCore is now generating an empty waveform each time it's called. I don't know yet how to get the proper shape to output.
I'm sure you'll figure it out eventually :p, main problem i have is the black and white shaders I tried everything to fix it

Did you try turning off vertex cache?

The sample buffer size of 64 is correct, but there must be another side effect. This problem should be fixed in r1681. Could you test again?
Thanks!

A few minutes ago I completely finished Crisis core on your emulator. Some parts were perfect and very similar to original psp. But a few parts were almost unplayable because of low fps and graphical bugs. But I did it! Now I have all sound files converted and I am looking forward for future improvements. Great Job JPCSP Team !!!!! (Sorry for my bad english)
