Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII - ULUS10336
had the same freezing issue at the same point (dumbapples, angeal hometown flashback) in the latest build as i did in r1754 (same settings, everything off in vid options and media engine on). i copied the save to r1725 and got past the flashback static movie scene. it was glitchy as hell but it allowed me to save right after (it also was a tad faster, by 1-2 fps, for me), don't know why r1754 x86 and r1759 x86 gets stuck here on my system (ati hd 5470, win 7 x64, 6 gb, e7400 c2d).

copied the save back into r1759. the scene prior to the twin boss fight was glitch hell, as i couldn't see anything except zoomed distorted texture and/or a black screen with a see-through silhouette of zack. limits graphics are now glitchy for me. i got a freeze when i pressed "s" during ifreets hellfire fmv (in the base experimental mission)

good work on the last few revisions (tested with 1760), now shaders work again for me in this game, they were broken for me since r1640

Good for you, bad for me since shader not longer work for me. No change with rev 1760.

The "Use Vertex Cache" should be fixed in r1764.
Are there any other graphics improvements since r1762?

Thanks for testing and reporting Smile

from r1759 to r1764
works correctly with vertex cache (nice)
and i have seen the monsters disappearing slowly which i dont think was happening before (ie. prev the dead monster appeared red and disappeared... same with when a battle started)

nice work and always happy to help

Yeah, the black errors are really gone.... great job.....
Now the graphic is nearly perfect - just shaders still don't work on ATI cards - Characters and some scene parts are completely invisible.

agreed, r1764 graphics look good now still a few glitches in limit breaks, but most of main graphic glitches are fixed, the black flashes are gone, character shadows now appear in sector 8, red fade effect when you defeat an enemy.
vertex cache seems to work too so far.
