install data pgd decryption

as far as i know, jpcsp doesn't install the data right yet. while normally there shouldn't be a need for that, it has some uses, but jpcsp doesn't even try to output/install it, much less decrypt.

i had to install it with the psp first, then transfer the still encrypted install data and an encrypted savefile to jpcsp, so that the emulator would try loading it, and only then give me the command.txt file needed for connector, transfer it back to psp, decrypt, and then transfer to jcpsp again.

will it be possible to make the jpcsp install data fully and ask for the pgd decryption without having to go through all the hoops and switching between the two over and over?

graphical data extraction for example, if the install data is in a generic format like cpk.
