A new version of pspudb:

-Save files tab. You can now see your saves from PSP device and your favourites psp emus (JPCSP , PCSP)
-Support for pspemu (C#)
-Fix: tooltips were wrong in emulator buttons
-Process events after every rename to eliminate freeze
-More games in database
