Star Ocean: Second Evolution - ULUS10375
#21
Hi, I'm here just to report that now, StarOcean 2 evolution works at 55-60 fps in game and 36fps in battles >_<. The only bad thing is that sometimes the graphics become corrupted and the videos are slow (14fps xD)

Strange bug detect in some zones the sprite becomes increased as shown in the photos.

almost always easy to reproduce this error

yea i get the same problem (its always done this) in my case the characters usually disappear when going into certain house's (like your screenshot above) game doesn't crash its more like the characters are drawn in the wrong places and no way to get them out the door again Smile

same thing happens with star ocean 1 but in that game its permanent.

Hi, i just tried this game, (ok, ULJM05325 which is japanese) with jpcsp 2002, Ubuntu 10.10 64 bit with Xuggler 64 bit binaries.

The game appears to work fine for a while... eventually, the emulation freezes with "Exception in thread "ps_main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space", usually when initiating a dialog or shop.

Vertex Cache is disabled (all options are), Media Engine is enabled, videos play fine but without sound. Saving doesn't work, and the window size can't be changed/maximized, because the video inside becomes zoomed way out of proportion.

Hi,
I was just wondering what settings you guys use to get it to play?
I'm using build 2075 which gives it around 7-10 FPS and the screen also blinks/flickers.

Thanks!
P.S. You all do great work!
