Is this the official homepage, if so, can a developer confirm this? I don't see this website mentioned on github or in the FAQ.

Okay, will do. I don't really know much about emulation so i guess i'm gonna conduct some research into things like HLE.

I don't have any programming skills, so i feel like writing on wikipedia is the least i can do to help the project. After all, the first link on google if you search for rpcs3 is this wiki page.
