anyone please help with not loading JPCSP

I try to play tekken 6 on jpcsp, its a cso file. Does that cause the problem on the picture i attatched? Do i need a new graphic card or something? When i start it there is a bunch of codes, if this problem is resolved already, may you please give me the link to the thread. Thank you

ok now i downloaded, i do a cube test and it shows a code on to cmd prompt and in a split second and it closes off. I retried testing and it does it again, nd plus the screen is grey, and i cant do about anything i meant he menu buttons work. But not the CSO file.
