try it by yourself, go here for the newest rev http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/ if it doesn't work then try with rev 2012
use the 32 bits even on 64 bits,download and install sonicstage.Go to options>media tab and check use media engine and decode audio with sonic stage
