You created folder controls in dev_hdd0\game\BLES00948\USRDIR\data\ ?
And file padmap.txt ?(dev_hdd0\game\BLES00948\USRDIR\data\controls\padmap.txt)

I can the controls directory as well as padmap.txt file inside this directory
I have without these manipulations did not reach the boot screen.

Do you mean you have to create this controls folder manually as well as the padmap.txt in order to get the boot screen ?
