Initial D Extreme Stage [BLJM60055]

I got it fully working

In setting
PPU Decoder choose fast
SPU Decoder choose fast
on Firmware settings choose "Load livlv2.sprx only"
tick "Lower SPU thread priority"

You can now create new character when start without error
The only tricky part is the number plate
just copy one of these japanese hiragana
さすせそたちつてとなにぬねのはひふほまみむめもやゆよらりるろれわ

Then finally at the start of the first race press Triangle on your keyboard/ joystick to fix the backwards issue
