This game was tested on commit c7773e82 and the emulator still has problems with loading the costume DLC.
The SAVEDATA file size isn't consistent at all in comparison to PPSSPP which I have also mentioned on the game Midnight Club: L.A. Remix.

On OpenGL, the rendered model has textures sticking out in certain areas. The External Software Renderer displays the model properly.
