BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger Portable - ULUS10519
#1
r1636
media engine on
ignore unmapped imports (otherwise it crashes with
Code:
35718 [user_main] ERROR hle - Unmapped import @ 0x08000030 - 00000000 0921f098 00000000
during the intro ads)

the opening movie is skipped for some reason, it started happening since psmf playing was integrated with the media engine. edit: actually it didn't, that happened in another game. in this one they didn't work i guess.

there's no music nor storyline voices but that's the case with all games i tried.

other than missing font and ocassional sprite corruption i haven't noticed much else though.

Yes, the PSMF Player is still very unknown, so the implementation is still a bit experimental, but it's better to approach the correct playback instead of stopping the emulator to playback the video.
Anyway, is it any better in r1637?

no change in blazblue, but the video played in another game i tried, and even tried to play some sound although it was just static, so it's an improvement.

edit: well actually, scratch that. the videos in this game weren't working in the previous versions of the emulator either, i don't know why did i think they did. the player works again for the games in which the vids started up before though, so it's always a good thing.

on the pic the fps is 61 (thats full speed) does the fps drop or is it always on 50-60?

the speed's around 55-60 fps, but the in-game battles feel sluggish.

Hmm ugly menus with no text:
I tested this on r2050 and the fonts display if i use a fontpack placed in flash0/fonts. Also tick the option to use fonts from flash0 folder.
Atached screenies
