Unfortunately, when i reached ingame i got another odd issue - 99% (!) GPU load, what the?! (same happened with HD version) I disabled "vertex cache" and "VAO", because they broke character models ingame.

There is a problem with JPCSP attempting to load Shin Sangoku Musou: Multi Raid 2 Patch which is basically Ver. 1.01 of the game. When I try to load the game, JPCSP displays "Critical Error: Check console for details." With a workaround, I can load Ver. 1.01 of the game and made an INFO log with r3367. Like the HD Version, this game also has the problem of freezing (must use Task Manager to close JPCSP) when attempting to switch characters (music is still playing). Minor problems that appear in the game are the colors of the characters and the background are too bright and the lines that appear in between characters in dialogue (1st Screenshot). I have also attached an image from PPSSPP v0.9.1-90-gaa52c54 showing what the game should look like with the exception of lines in between characters (2nd Screenshot).
Attempting to use "Enable the shader implementation for the "Stencil Test" (more accurate but slower)" causes the screen to be mostly black (3rd Screenshot). It seems that this option "Enable the shader implementation for the "Stencil Test" (more accurate but slower)" can not be activated on-the-fly for some games (this game included). It must be activated before the game is even loaded. Even when the setting is activated correctly, it displays a screen where your character is frozen and seems like it can not move (NPCs have fidgety animation). When this setting is disabled afterwards, everything is back to normal and your character will be at the area where you pressed the directional key to move to.

This game was tested with r3711. When the opening video is played, there are warnings about GHA Phase Shifting and there is a chance that JPCSP will crash (1st - 3rd Screenshot). The emulator can freeze while the player is attempting to switch characters. Based on the values of Task Manager, I think it is a memory leak as the final value jumps to over a million K before I'm forced to click End Process.
The screen is still mostly black when using the option "Enable the shader implementation for the "Stencil Test" (more accurate but slower)" (4th Screenshot - Visible Area highlighted in red). When the option is not enabled, the character and environment is too bright and the logger spams messages about different SFIX and DFIX (5th Screenshot).

When using the shader implementation for the stencil test, it might sometimes be necessary to also select the option "Save Stencil to Memory (more accurate but slower)". Is there any impact here?
Also how does the external software renderer perform with this game?

Using "Enable the shader implementation for the "Stencil Test" (more accurate but slower)" and "Save Stencil to Memory (more accurate but slower)" simultaneously doesn't have any effect. The screen is still shown in a squished and blurry manner. The option "Save Stencil to Memory (more accurate but slower)" works when it's enabled alone, but the warnings about different SFIX and DFIX still spam the Logger. The External Software Renderer performs worse than OpenGL (11-12 FPS at 1x vs. 15-16 FPS) and displays artifacts at higher resolutions.
This game has been tested with r31f4f07. The option "Enable the shader implementation for the "Stencil Test" (more accurate but slower)" finally works with this game.
However, the video decoding of this game is still poor as parts of the video look like corrupted frames (see first three screenshots of Post #7). Sometimes, the video can freeze and rewind a few seconds as it is being decoded. The log will display this as the video is being shown:
The game can still freeze while switching characters possibly due to Java memory management. Is there a way to figure out the exact cause of this problem?
