Loadable, have show black screen with at least 0.01 FPS

That is true, but if the game actually loads textures I would still think it is interesting enough to post about. In this case it might actually have show something if those opengl errors didn't happen, for whatever reason. Consider loadable more like "something interesting happens.". For example, if a game in theory displays nothing but still plays audio I would say it's still loadable.
