Make sure the structure of the game files is such that the folder USRDIR is inside the folder PS3_GAME, and next to the folder PS3_GAME is the file PS3_DISC.SFB. Move things around if need be.

For example: /PS3_GAME/USRDIR/Data/NisAnmShadow.txf

I would had done that if the game had the file but it didnt so it not like I had any idea that it was missing I figure it was something not adding up, atm I just redid the game seems it was missing files, fixed it here my log file with new errors
